This website is operated by ChemoFashionScarf. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ChemoFashionScarf. ChemoFashionScarf offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following store policies, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Sales Tax

Chemo Fashion Scarf ® collects sales tax for purchases originating or destined to all states in which it is required by law to collect sales tax. Sales tax charges may include taxes imposed on the product price and delivery charge as per state sales tax collection laws.


Payment

All orders must be pre-paid in order to ship. We accept credit card and debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express logos. We also accept payment by Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay when available. Order billing information must match credit card billing information for orders to process.

 

Cancellations

An order cannot be cancelled once it has been placed.

 

Final Sale Policy

Items marked Final Sale or items ending in .97 cents are non-returnable. Final Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE - No returns or exchanges. E-gift cards are final sale.

 

Promotions & Discounts

DISCOUNT CODES: For qualifying orders, promotional discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. We cannot apply a discount code after your order is submitted. Limit one discount code per order. Contact Customer Service at 714-530-9590 with any questions before placing your order.

AUTOMATIC PROMOTIONS: Any applicable automatic promotions will apply automatically at checkout if the order qualifies for the promotion. If your order does not qualify for the promotion, the promotion will not apply.

 

Return and Refund Policy

ChemoFashionScarf.com accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 35 days from date of shipment. Product must be returned in new, resellable condition with garment labels and hang tags attached. We do not accept exchanges at this time. E-gift cards are final sale. Damaged Items and Shortages

Please report any damaged or missing items within seven (7) days of delivery by calling our Customer Service Center from Mon.-Fri, 9am-5pm PT. If a product is delivered defective, we will repair or replace item at our discretion.

 

Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of fabric, there may be slight differences in color, texture, size and fit. Due to the differences of printed colors in brochures and computer monitor display settings, colors of items received may vary slightly.

 

e-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Chemo Fashion Scarf e-gift cards:
• The ChemoFashionScarf.com e-Gift Card ("e-Gift Card") can only be used online at ChemoFashionScarf.com.
• ChemoFashionScarf.com e-Gift Cards do not expire and we do not assess any service fees for non-use.
• e-Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. Chemo Fashion Scarf is not responsible for lost e-Gift Cards.
• e-Gift Cards will not be returnable or exchangeable for cash, except in states where required by law.
• Coupons and other discounts may not be used to purchase e-Gift Cards.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase e-Gift Cards.
• Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered e-Gift Card will require a credit card for the balance due.
• e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or transferred except to the extent required by law.
• ChemoFashionScarf.com reserves the right to refuse the use of e-Gift Cards that are deemed fraudulent at our discretion.
• All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.


Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
Your purchase or use of a e-Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.

 

Domestic Shipping

ChemoFashionScarf ® is committed to shipping your order as fast as possible. Orders are shipped via US Post within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders and orders placed on observed holidays are shipped the next business day. You will receive an e-mail notification with tracking information and shipping details once your order has been shipped. If for any reason there is a delay or cancellation to your order we will contact you. 

Estimated delivery for regular mail:

  • California: 1-2 Days
  • All other Continental States: 3-5 Days
  • Hawaii: 2-3 Days

FREE Shipping on USA orders over $75*: Free shipping promotion is for orders totaling $75 or more and shipped within the continental USA. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will appear at checkout. Free shipping orders are shipped via economy ground shipping. Restrictions apply.

Domestic Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Orders placed during the peak holiday rush may take longer than usual to arrive. We understand the need to receive your merchandise as soon as possible and we encourage you to select an expedited shipping option at checkout to ensure a speedy delivery.

 

Please note, we cannot account for any potential unexpected en route delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery is out of our control. The USPS does not guarantee the delivery date for standard mail. Shipping fees will not be refunded due to delay of delivery. If you need faster and/or guaranteed delivery, we can ship via USPS Express or UPS 1, 2 or 3 DAY. Please call us at 714-530-9590 to request a quote.

 

Multiple Shipments

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that orders with multiple items are shipped in more than one package. If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. When we divide an order into multiple shipments, you are not charged for the additional shipping. This policy applies only to in-stock ordered items and does not apply to orders that include pre-order items.

 

Pre-Orders

Some of our items are available for pre-order. Item specific pre-order information is available on the item product page. Please review your pre-order details before placing your order. If you place an order that includes in-stock and pre-order items, the shipping rate for the pre-order items will be included in your order. Please refer to your pre-order product page for details.

 

Undeliverable Merchandise

Please ensure you have supplied a valid, deliverable shipping address on your order. You are responsible for all transportation and shipping fees on orders that are refused, returned to sender or undeliverable by our carrier. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Undelivered orders returned back to us by the carrier that were shipped with free shipping will be refunded minus the actual cost of the shipping label.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to Canada, Australia & the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery for international mail:

  • Canada: 6-10 Days
  • Australia: 14-21 Days
  • United Kingdom: 14-21 Days

International Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Packages are shipped via US Post Office, International Priority Mail.

ChemoFashionScarf ® ships all international orders via US Post Office, International Priority Mail. International packages typically arrive between 14-21 Post Office Business Days but may take as long as 30 days or more depending on your countries customs and/or postal policies. Please be patient for delivery of your package as international delivery times are ultimately out of our control. We do our part in ensuring your items have been shipped out on time, to the address as requested and by a reputable shipping option. Delivery time may vary due to delayed post office processing, customs processing times (which may take up to 30 days), local postal delivery times, unforeseen weather & natural disasters.

Disclaimer:
The US Post Office provides a Tracking Number or Parcel Number for all international packages. Tracking information is recorded up until the package leaves the USA for your countries customs. Once the package has left the USA, the package is untraceable. The US Post Office & ChemoFashionScarf ® assumes no liability or responsibility of the delivery of your package. This responsibility then falls under your customs & local postal service. Sometimes your local post office will allow tracking of your package within your country. Please call them to confirm.

The US Post Office does not guarantee time or delivery date of packages and only supply an estimated delivery window. When purchasing from another country, there is a risk that packages may be lost or not delivered. This is a risk you take. The US Post Office & ChemoFashionScarf ® are not responsible for lost packages or untimely delivery due to events out of our control. ChemoFashionScarf ® elects to receive packages that were non-deliverable. Most non-deliverable packages are received back between 30-45 days. If your package is delivered back to us we will refund you the cost of the products. We cannot refund you your order if your customs or local postal delivery has lost your package as this was out of our control. We also would not know if the package was ultimately delivered in an untimely manner. If it has been more than 30 days and you still have not received your package, please contact your local postal service or customs agency. The US Post Office will not be able to locate your package once it leaves the USA.
