We want every part of your experience with us to feel easy - from placing your order to receiving it at your door. Here is everything you need to know.

Placing Your Order

You can shop anytime at ChemoFashionScarf.com or reach us by phone at 714-530-9590. Our studio hours are Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. We are closed on weekends and major holidays.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express, as well as PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All orders must be paid in full before they ship. Billing information must match the card on file for your order to process.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected for purchases shipped to states where we are required by law to do so. Any applicable tax - including tax on the product and delivery - will be shown at checkout.

Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, we are unable to cancel it. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at 714-530-9590.

Promotions and Discounts Codes

Discount codes must be applied at checkout. One discount code or promotion may be used per order. Discount codes and automatic promotions cannot be combined. If you are unsure which option gives you the best savings, we are happy to help - call us at 714-530-9590 before placing your order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale and any items priced ending in .97, are not eligible for return or refund. E-gift cards are final sale. Final sale items sent back to us are not eligible for return or refund and cannot be reshipped.

Return and Refunds

We accept returns of new, unworn merchandise within 35 days of shipment. Items must be returned in resellable condition with all original labels and hang tags attached. We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives with a damaged or missing item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 714-530-9590, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific Time. If something arrives defective, we will repair or replace it.

A Note on Color and Fit

Our products are handcrafted from natural and blended fabrics. Slight variations in color, texture or fit are part of what makes each piece genuinely handmade. Colors may also appear slightly different on screen than in person - this is normal and not considered a defect.

E-Gift Cards

E-gift cards can only be used at ChemoFashionScarf.com
They do not expire and carry no service or inactivity fees
They are not replaceable if lost or stolen
They cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase another e-gift card
They cannot be reloaded, resold or transferred
Coupons and discount codes cannot be used to purchase e-gift cards
If your order total exceeds your e-gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid by credit card
We reserve the right to decline e-gift cards we have reason to believe are fraudulent

By purchasing or using an e-gift card, you accept these terms. Terms are subject to change.

Domestic Shipping

Your order ships from our California studio via USPS within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or observed holidays ship the next business day. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Estimated delivery times:

California: 1-3 Days
All other continental states: 4-7 Days
Hawaii: 2-4 Days

Shipping's On Us on U.S. orders of $70 or more. Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental USA via economy ground shipping. Your free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout when your order qualifies. All other domestic shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Need it sooner? We can ship via USPS Express or UPS 1, 2 or 3-Day. Please call us at 714-530-9590 for a quote.

Holiday orders may take a little longer during peak shipping weeks. If timing matters, we recommend selecting an expedited option at checkout.

Please note that once your order leaves our studio and is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates for standard mail and shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of a carrier delay.

Multiple Shipments

We do our best to send everything together. Occasionally, orders with multiple items ship in more than one package - if that happens, you will receive a separate tracking email for each. There is no additional charge when we split a shipment.

Pre-Orders

Some styles are available for pre-order. Pre-order details, including estimated ship dates, are listed on each product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they may ship separately. Please review your pre-order details before placing your order.

Undeliverable Merchandise

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal or failed delivery, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Orders that shipped free and are returned to us will be refunded minus the actual cost of the shipping label.

International Shipping

We ship to Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom via USPS International Priority Mail. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 6-10 Days
Australia: 14-21 Days
United Kingdom: 14-21 Days

Please allow additional time for customs processing, which can vary by country and is outside our control. USPS provides a tracking number for all international shipments; tracking is available until the package departs the US. Once it enters your country's postal system, your local carrier takes over.

If it has been more than 30 days and your order has not arrived, we recommend reaching out to your local post office or customs agency. We are not able to issue refunds for packages lost or delayed within international postal systems, as delivery at that stage is outside our control. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will refund the cost of the products. We appreciate your patience with international orders and are always happy to help if questions come up along the way.
