We offer a limited warranty/lifetime guarantee on every ChemoFashionScarf® brand style purchased directly from this site. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Lifetime Guarantee - What It Covers

All ChemoFashionScarf® and Turban Plus® brand products purchased from ChemoFashionScarf.com are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product – which means the usual and customary wearable life of the product, by the original owner.

If your item has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered items are covered. Please keep the inside garment tag intact - removing it voids the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, negligence, improper care or normal wear and tear over time, including the natural fading of colors and breakdown of fibers with extended use.

Please include your RMA number with your shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Items accepted for repair must be freshly laundered before return. If cleaning is needed upon receipt, we may assess a cleaning charge or return the item to you.

A note on shipping: This warranty is available within the United States only. Return shipping to you is covered via standard mail. If you prefer expedited return shipping, the additional cost will be billed to you. Non-warranty repairs are shipped at the owner's expense.
