ChemoFashionScarf.com accepts returns & exchanges of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 35 days from date of shipment. Product must be returned in new, resellable condition with garment labels and hang tags attached. E-gift Cards are final sale.
Use our automated system to create a paid return label. Your refund will be debited $5.99 for using this service. Service is available for domestic orders only. Please note: For customers using our automated return system, please do not return catalogs or any literature as this may result in your package being returned back to you due to insufficient postage. Catalogs are yours to keep or give away to another in need. PLEASE NOTE: A return label fee of $5.99 will be debited from your refund for each return label you create.
To return your item(s) for exchange, either use our automated returns system or you may ship your items back to us in any manner you choose to: ChemoFashionScarf.com Attn: Returns 11541 Salinaz Ave, Garden Grove CA 92843. Using our automated returns system, create a paid return label. Your available exchange credit will be debited $8.99 for using this service. Include a note letting us know what item(s) you'd like instead, either item name or style#. You can exchange each returned item for a single new item. Additional items cannot be added to your exchange. Exchanges are automatically processed if the item requested is available. Any remaining credit after the exchange will be refunded back to you. Any balance due must be paid before the exchange package is shipped. An invoice will be e-mailed with a link to pay the remaining balance due. Customers will have 5 business days to pay any remaining balance due on the exchange. If the remaining balance due is not paid after five days or if the item(s) requested is not in stock at the time of exchange, a product refund will be issued minus the $5.99 return label fee for the use of the return label service. Exchanges are shipped via US Post First Class mail and sent to the same address as the original order. Service is available for domestic orders only. A fee of $8.99 will be assessed for each exchange using our automated returns system. An exchange shipping label fee of $5.99 will be debited from the available exchange credit for customers who return items for exchange and do not use the automated returns system to return the item(s) back to us. Packages that are returned to us for a product refund are processed within 1-3 business days. An email notification will be sent to you once a refund is initiated. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to post to your credit card account. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s) and if applicable, minus the $5.99 return label fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Please Note: Returned items must be returned in new, resellable condition with garment and hang tags attached. Items that are returned back to us in used condition will be issued a refund minus a 50% restocking fee plus the return label fee.
Items marked Final Sale or items ending in .97 cents are non-returnable. All COVID-19 (coronavirus) related merchandise including but not limited to fully sewn face masks, face mask filters or bandana squares for DIY face masks are final sale merchandise and cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. E-gift Cards are final sale. Final Sale merchandise returned back to us will be disposed of and will not be refunded or returned back to you. Final Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE - No returns or exchanges.
