Returns & Refund Information

ChemoFashionScarf.com accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 35 days from date of shipment. Product must be returned in new, resellable condition with garment labels and hang tags attached. We do not accept exchanges at this time. E-gift cards are final sale.

EASY RETURNS

Use our automated system to create a paid return label that will be emailed to you. Your refund will be debited $6.99 for using this service. Service is available for domestic orders only. You must be able to print the return label and adhere the label to the outgoing package. Returned items should be packaged in an envelope, not a box. Alternatively, you may ship your package in any manner you choose to: ChemoFashionScarf.com Attn: Returns 11541 Salinaz Ave, Garden Grove CA 92843. Please note: For customers using our automated return system, do not return items in a box unless authorized as this may result in your package being returned back to you due to insufficient postage. A return label fee of $6.99 will be debited from your refund for each return label you create.

Items marked Final Sale or items ending in .97 cents are non-returnable. E-gift Cards are final sale. Final Sale merchandise returned back to us will be disposed of and will not be refunded or returned back to you. Final Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE - No returns or exchanges.
