Return Policy

ChemoFashionScarf accepts returns of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Product must be returned in new, resellable condition. Please contact us at Tel: 1(800)552-0589 for a return authorization number. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you purchase delivery confirmation of your returned items. We are not responsible for returned packages that are never received. ChemoFashionScarf does not provide pre-paid return labels. Original shipping fees are not refunded. Packages post-marked after the 30 day returns period will not be accepted for return. Please make sure you have submitted an order with a valid address. ChemoFashionScarf is not responsible for packages that are miss-delivered or non-delivered because of an invalid address. We also do not refund shipping fees for packages that are delivered back to us from the US Post Office due to delivery issues. e-Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged and are final sale.

Exchange Policy

Chemo Fashion Scarf offers (1) complimentary exchange per Order#. What this means is that we will cover the cost of sending the exchanged package back to you. Customer pays initial return shipping fees. In your return package, please note the new item (either item name or style#) you wish the receive in exchange.

Exchanges are processed if the item requested is in-stock. Requested item must be of equal or lesser value. Any remaining balance after the exchange will be refunded to you. If requested item is in stock, we will automatically exchange the item. If the item is not in stock at the time of exchange we will automatically issue a product refund. Exchanges are shipped via US Post First Class mail. Exchanges are sent to the same address as the original order and cannot be delivered to a different address. Customer pays all shipping fees for any subsequent exchanges or returns.

 

Refund Policy

Packages that are returned to us for a product refund are processed within 1-3 business days. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Any refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any discount associated with the returned products will be voided.

Once a refund is initiated, it may take 2-3 business days for your refund to display on your credit card statement.
