Returns, Exchanges & Refund Information accepts returns & exchanges of new, unworn merchandise returned to us within 35 days from date of shipment. Product must be returned in new, resellable condition with garment and hang tags attached. E-gift Cards are final sale.

Use our automated system to create a paid exchange label at no cost to you. Include a note letting us know what item you'd like instead, either item name or style#. Exchanges are automatically processed if the item requested is available. Any remaining credit after the exchange will be refunded to you. Any balance due must be paid before the exchange package is shipped. An invoice will be sent with a link to pay the remaining balance if applicable. If the item(s) requested is not in stock at the time of exchange we will automatically issue a product refund. Exchanges are shipped via US Post First Class mail and sent to the same address as the original order. Service is available for domestic orders only.



Packages that are returned to us for a product refund are processed within 1-3 business days. A email notification will be sent to you once a refund is initiated. Refunds may take 2-3 business days to be posted to your credit card account. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds issued will be for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
