Here are the dimensions for our masks not including the ear loops:

Women's: 8 inches long by 5.5 inches wide (from bridge of nose to chin line)

Men's: 8.5 inches long by 6 inches wide (from bridge of nose to chin line)

 

Do you make face masks for children?

No, we do not make masks for children.

 

Are your face masks Made in USA?

Our masks are Made in the USA, patterned, cut, sewn, bagged and shipped in Orange County, CA. We are a cancer headwear company that has re-purposed our shop to make face masks for the time being. We appreciate your business and we appreciate you purchasing USA Made! 

 

Does your face mask come individually bagged?

Yes, our masks come individually bagged with filter already inserted.

 

What color are your face masks?

Our face masks are black. 

 

Does your face mask have elastic ear loops?

Yes, our masks have elastic ear loops.

 

Does your face mask have a nose wire?

No, our masks do not have a nose wire and they do not have a nose wire pocket.

 

Does your face mask have a pocket for filter media and how big is the pocket?

Yes, our mask does have a pocket for filter media. The pocket is 5 inches by 3.5 inches and is a pull through pocket, open on both sides.

 

How many fabric layers is your face mask?

Our mask is 3 layers.

 

What fabric is your face mask made from?

Our masks are made from soft, breathable, poly/cotton woven fabric.

 

How do I wash my face mask?

Please refer to the CDC website for official recommendations on how to wash your cloth face mask. Please note, washing your mask often in very hot water and drying in high heat will prematurely deteriorate the elastic and fabric as with any elastic or fabric.

 

Does your face mask come with a filter?

Yes, our mask comes with 1 pc of Filter Media Material.

 

Do you sell extra filters?

No, we do not sell extra filters.

 

What is the filter made from how often do I change the filter and how do I wash it?

Filter media is made from polypropylene material. Please refer to the CDC website for official recommendations on how often to change the filter media and how to wash filter media.

 

Do you offer custom face masks?

No, we do not offer custom face masks.

 

How can I place a large order?

For orders larger than 200 pcs, Please email us on etsy with your information and the quantities you wish to order so that we may quote you an order processing time and offer you different delivery options.

 

Do you offer quantity discounts?

Your face masks have sold out, when will you get more?

To ensure we can ship out fast and on-time, we are limiting our listings to quantities we are sure we can ship out within 1-2 days. Each day we will refresh our listings with available inventory. This way your items will truly ship fast and within 1-2 days. If a listing is currently sold out, please check back the next day for more inventory.

 

Shipping, Delivery & Return Questions

USPS ALERT: Due to limited transportation availability as a result of nationwide covid-19 impacts, package delivery times may be extended. Please keep in mind once we hand over the packages to the carrier estimated delivery dates are out of our control.

 

How does my order ship?

Orders are shipped via US Post from California and typically take 2-5 postal days (Mon-Sat) to be delivered from the date the package was received by the carrier. Delivery time does not include order processing time. Large orders over 50 pcs are shipped by either USPS or UPS at our discretion. Orders ship with valid tracking and large orders may require signature confirmation of receipt.

 

Does my order ship with tracking information?

Orders ship US Post First Class Mail with tracking number. Orders with tracking are shipped in a white plastic envelope and will be delivered with your regular post office mail.

 

How long does it take to process my order?

We are very sensitive to ensuring our items are shipped as fast as possible and we are focused on providing realistic expectations to our customers for order processing times and estimated delivery dates. Order processing times are being adjusted as needed to reflect the true order processing time for the date an order is placed. Order processing times may change daily on our product listings depending on our inventory levels, manufacturing and processing capabilities. The order processing time currently showing on the listing may not reflect the order processing time that was noted at the time you placed your order. Please refer to your order details for your order processing time estimate.

IF I place an order today, when will my order ship?

Please consider the order processing time estimate and shipping time estimate currently listed on the product page when placing your order. We typically have a range of 1-5 days for processing your order (depending on when you place your order, see above question) and a standard delivery time of 2-5 postal days for tracked packages and 7 post office days for non-traceable packages.

 

I ALREADY placed an order, when will my order ship?

Orders are shipping in the order in which they are received. Please note, delivery time does not include order processing time as per the product detail page for the date you placed your order. Please allow the USPS 24-48 hours to update their system with the tracking information. Per the USPS, and during this epidemic, the USPS is not requiring postal workers to scan packages when received or at package processing plants. Please understand we cannot control the USPS. If you have received a shipment confirmation please be patient and check your tracking in 24-48 hours for a tracking update. Orders with standard traceable shipping will arrive within 2-5 postal days from the date the package was received by the carrier and orders without racking will arrive within 7 postal days from the date the package was received by the carrier. The US Post Office does not guarantee delivery dates for first class mail and they have paused their guarantees for Priority and Express Mail during this epidemic. Delivery dates may be affected by US Post shipment or package processing delays throughout the country due to this epidemic. Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

Current Estimated Shipping Dates:

NEW ORDERS - Orders are shipping same day or next day. Please allow 24-48 hours for the USPS tracking to update. 

 

Can you expedite my order over everyone else's?

No, we feel it is only fair to ship in the order in which the orders were received and any request asking for special treatment cannot be honored.

 

When will my order be delivered?

Once we print out your order's shipping label this means your order is next in line to be filled and shipped. This does not override or cut your order processing time estimate. Please allow the USPS 24-48 hours to update their system with the tracking information. Please be patient as your order is being filled and handed to the carrier during this time. We do not have special access to the USPS system to give you an estimated delivery date if the USPS has not updated their online tracking system. We have to wait until they update their tracking systems to see the delivery date estimate. You can track your package at this time and the USPS website will be able to offer you a delivery date estimate.

How do I track my order?

For orders with 3 or more face masks, once you receive a shipment notification from etsy please allow the USPS 24-48 hours to update their system with the tracking information. Then you can track your package by clicking the 'Track Package' link etsy provides you in their shipment confirmation. You can also log into your etsy account, locate your order and track the package on the etsy website. Orders with 2 or less face masks ship US Post First Class Mail with no tracking. They will arrive in a yellow manila envelope with your regular post office mail within 7 post office days from the date we deliver the package to the carrier.

 

Priority Shipping

Priority Shipping is no longer available for orders placed beginning 04/21/2020. Priority orders placed before this date will continue to ship in the order in which it was placed and with Priority Shipping unless otherwise communicated. Priority orders are filled first for that dates orders but are not filled before every other order for prior dates. Priority is an expedited shipping option but this does not override the order processing time. Some orders were erroneously offered Priority shipping when they should have not. We had updated our etsy listing to remove the priority shipping offer but the etsy system did not save our update and we did not catch this until days later and for this we are sorry. If you paid for Priority Shipping but the package shipped via first class mail due to priority shipping no longer being available, we will be refunding you your Priority Shipping fee within 1-2 days of shipping. If you paid for Priority Shipping and the package did ship with Priority Shipping, your shipping fee will not be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable for packages shipped with priority shipping.

 

I placed multiple orders can you ship them all together?

If our system notifies us of multiple shipments to the same location and from the same buyer within the same day we will automatically merge the orders. However due the amount of volume we are doing it is not guaranteed. We recommend placing a single order instead.

 

Need to change your e-mail address?

Please change your email address on your etsy account. We cannot change your email for you.

 

Need to change your delivery address?

Please supply us with your order# and a complete and valid shipping address. Incomplete addresses will not ship so please make sure you have a legitimate address with APT, UNIT, SUITE#'s if applicable. We ship via US Post so if you do not receive US Post, please supply us with a PO Box. We may reach out to you regarding an invalid address and we will require your response with a valid address within 24 hours or we will elect to cancel your order due to an invalid address. If you supplied us with an invalid or wrong address by mistake and you have received a shipment confirmation or order processing notification, your shipping address cannot be changed any longer. We do not refund orders shipped to a wrong address due to the mistake of the customer. It is your responsibility to check your delivery address when confirming your etsy order.

 

Need to change your order?

Changes or additions cannot be made to submitted orders. You will have to request to cancel your current order and place a new one or just place an additional order. If you have received a shipment confirmation or order processing notification, your order cannot be cancelled.

 

Need to change your shipping speed?

Shipping options selected at time of order cannot be changed.

 

Need to cancel your order?

If your order has not yet shipped, there is a possibility to cancel the order if we can locate it in the system. Please supply us with your Order# and request to cancel. If you have received a shipment confirmation or order processing notification, your order cannot be cancelled.

  

My order has already shipped but I want to cancel, can I just refuse delivery?

Customers who refuse delivery of our face masks will be not be issued a product refund. Face Masks are final sale merchandise. Returned Face Masks, whether or not the package looks tampered with, will automatically be disposed of for safety reasons. Face masks are final sale merchandise and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.

 

What is your return policy for Face Masks?

Face masks are final sale merchandise and cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons. Orders that are return to sender due to an invalid address, refused delivery or otherwise returned for whatever reason will be automatically disposed of and not refunded. We will not be sorting through any returned mail from Etsy due to sanitary reasons, all returned packages are automatically disposed of. Please ensure you check your order details before confirming your order to ensure your contact and shipping address information is correct and you have ordered the correct items and correct number of items. NO REFUNDS. NO RETURNS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
